This site is a place for encouragement, motivation, instruction, information, and support.  This is a place for beginners and anyone looking to find their way to the next level.

There will be a lot of information shared that some of you may already know. Please be patient, supportive and thoughtful to all levels on this journey.  If you have any questions I'm here to answer them.  If I don't know the answer, I will certainly do my best to find that answer for you.

My Mission

My mission is to guide you and empower you with the knowledge you'll need to gain confidence in your fitness journey.  Most people don't realize that fitness opens up doors we never would have imagined to help us explore more of who we are and what we believe.  Through fitness we become more whole. 

As with anything, getting healthy, gaining muscle or losing fat is a process.  As much as we would like it to happen yesterday, it just won't.  It won't happen tomorrow either. Wink  The first thing you must do is slow down and practice patience.  Trust me, I'm practicing with you.  If there's one thing I've learned it's that ALL GOOD THINGS COME IN TIME.  So much easier said than done, right?

In the meantime you may forget that small changes are occurring, but trust they are.  Those small things are the ones that you will one day look back on as the big stuff.

I am a NASM certified personal trainer with 4 years of experience in weight loss, strength conditioning, injury prevention and correction. I’ve gained a lot of experience through my own weight loss journey with both the successes and the struggles. I’ve learned first hand the meaning of true health as a result of adrenal exhaustion due to poor information and inexperienced trainers, so my aim is to help guide you to true health and fitness safely and effectively.
